HC COMPANY INC RCE 793//(NO TENANT - VANILLA FINISH - RIVER RUN BLDG F) To remodel an existing 8,190 sq. ft. office space on the 2nd floor to create three separate suites, to include all required upgrades to the 1-hour exit corridor to bring it into full compliance with 1991 UBC under which it was last permitted for upgrade. This permit is for creation of a 1,585 sq. ft. "VANILLA" (no use or occupancy under this permit) finish, future tenant space per approved plans. Work under this permit includes the upgrade of that portion of the 1-hour rated corridor abutting this space for opening, penetration and smoke/fire dampers at duct penetrations as required. The layout of this suite area remains basically the same as when part of the original office tenant that occupied the entire floor. The HVAC and Lighting system will remain as-is except for possible relocation of difussers and fixtures in same ceiling areas. There will be selective demolition of interior nonbearing walls to create a future reception area out of existing office/hallway area. Occupant load and exiting requirements will be determined with future submittal of application, plans, approval and permiting for the future declared tenant. A "Certificate of Compliance" is required for final approval of this future space and portion of rated corridor upgrade. drs
