RCE # 4719 Paul Kovach This project is for the razing of an existing deck structure and adding an additional 9'-0" and another line of support structure. the new support structure will be of double 2 X 12 over 3 - 4 X 4 posts at 9'-0" separateion. Deck joists will be 2 X 8 hem fir # 2 or better at 16" o.c. R-1B setbacks ok per David Moser. A letter from the applicant's geotechnical engineer indicating that the footing sub grade is acceptable must be approved by Public Works prior to scheduling a footing inspection.
