Work to include some minor interior demolition work, altering break room layout, a new interior wall, relocated doors, interior finish, some medical gas piping, plumbing work, and electrical work. This space is accessed from an existing one-hour rated corridor. Existing rating and protection of openings of the rated corridor to be maintained. This is a Scope of Work Permit.
