Micron Building #80 (C9825) - Construct Litho Area for Fourth E-Beam Tool - To install approximately 60 lineal feet of cleanroom wall and (4) 3070 doors to create an approximate 110 square foot E-Beam 4 Vestibule #108L and 210 square foot E-Beam 4 Vestibule #108M and Access Chase #108N. The work also includes the installatioin of a new Recirculation Fan #25 at the second floor Fan Attic #210D; as well as, second floor structural modification for a facilities chase above Corridor #100D. This work is being done on the first floor of Building #80 between grid lines G&H and 2&3. All construction per the approved plans. JCM
