(St Lukes Regional Medical Center RCE 3018) (MEDICAL RECORDS / BILLING SUITE - ST LUKES MOB - 1ST FLR) This building is fully sprinklered to allow a third story & construction of non-rated corridors. To remodel 1,616 sq. ft. portion within the existing medical records / billing suite per approved plans. Work includes selective demolition within the suite but will not increase suite area or occupant load; to relocate and create two new customer service booths to be accessed from a new hall connecting the existing waiting room and medical records area with new door assemblies installed at each end, providing an accessible route to all areas of the remodel. The booths have encased opening access without doors for easy maneuverability in and out; to construct two new staff work counters, one in front of each privacy booth; to construct full height walls to 12" above the suspended ceiling braced to structure above; installation of new suspended ceiling grid system in an approximate 500 sq. ft. area due to new construction; to relocate existing light fixture's and mechanical supply and exhaust fixtures that currently serve this area, based on new room layouts; to modify existing sprinkler system heads to maintain code compliance and install strobe light all as regulated by the fire department, required to be under separate permits; install directional exit lights / emergency light packages; and install new cabinetry, wall and floor finishes. A "Certificate of Compliance" is required as evidence of final approval by Boise PDS Dept. for life safety / construction compliance with approved plans before use of remodeled area. drs
