Work includes frame construction & finish of perimeter wall to create the tenant space boundary; interior walls to create a retail / display, storage, accessible unisex restroom and breakroom areas; install suspended accoustical ceiling system; provide separate lighting controls for special display lighting; provide switching to allow a 50% or greater reduction of lighting, in a uniform manner, in retail & breakroom areas and add electrical, plumbing & mechanical services as needed for tenant use, all in compliance with current adopted codes and ordinances. drs
