A Separate permit will be required to occupy the remaining 1,656 sq ft empty space. Work to include, construction of new wall, and installation of new electrical outlets, miscellaneous interior finishes and shelving, plumbing and mechanical will remain the same. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system shall be per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department.
