(RCE-10976 TOM CROSBY CONSTRUCTION) To repair an existing roof truss and to construct a new NON-fire-resistance-rated vent enclosure. The vent enclosure will extend from the bottom cord of the roof trusses, through the roof sheathing, and terminate above the roof. The vent enclosure will be constructed around one or more existing gas vents that serve gas fireplaces located below. The existing enclosure will be replaced because it is structurally unsound. The new enclosure is required to be identical to the existing enclosure in appearance. The vent is required to be offset where its location conflicts with one or more roof trusses. The work, including the truss repair, is required to comply with the Structural Engineer's design. **CJW**
