RCE-140) (MK PLAZA IV - 2ND FLR RESTROOM) In accord with letter of commitment from Tom Houston, ARMC agent for MK Plaza Trust, for compliance with upgrade accessibility of existing restrooms serving the 2nd floor for compliance with permit BLD06-01798, plan review item #7. The scope of work will involve approximately 700 sq. ft. Work will involve removal of one water closet from each restroom to allow installation of an accesible toilet compartment; change out of one sink for new accessible sink in each restroom; modification of one urinal in men's restroom for accessibility compliance; change out and installation of one new accessible drinking fountain; and change out of all four doors and frame serving the restrooms to provide 20 minute fire rating and smoke "S" rated, self closing / latching doors frames and hardware all as per approved plans. drs
