(MAIN STREET BISTRO - NEW BAR) To construct another bar in the southeast corner of the first floor in an existing 11,388 sq. ft. two story building with a 2,172 sq. ft. basement per approved plans. The new bar area will reduce the assembly occupant load by 10 persons. First floor east side assembly room to now be posted at 269 persons maximum. First floor west side assembly room should be posted at 223 persons maximum. Total assembly occupant load to also be posted at 492 persons maximum. A new Certificate of Occupancy is to be issued when completed and approved. Work to include new bar, equipment and sinks, plumbing work, and electrical work. This tenant has two A-2 Occupancies on the first floor that exit independently at the front and rear of each.
