Micron building #4 - (C9389) - Remodel Rooms #103 and #106 for Chemistry Lab - To construct a new 12.75'x32' (408 sq. ft.) 6" reinforced concrete slab and retaining wall for a new air handler unit. This slab and air handler will be located at the west exterior of the building. To demolish and remove all interior partitions and equipment at Analytical Chem. Lab #103A and Organic Chem. Lab #106A. To constuct two-hour fire-barrier walls floors and ceilings at Analytical Chem. Lab #103A. Analytical Chem. Lab 103A is being converted from an F-1 occupancy to an H-2 occupancy. The fire barriers are required as occupancy separation from the remainder of the building. To add a 4070 door at #103A and #106A. Analytical Chem. Lab #103A will now be 980 square feet in area and Organic Chem. Lab #106A will be 480 square feet. This work is being done on the first floor of Building #4, between grid lines A&B and 2&5. This building is at maximum allowable area and no additional H-2 or H-3 Occupancies will be allowed in this building. All construction per the approved plans. JCM
