To perform selective interior demolition W/I existing east end restrooms in order to relocate one accessible stall in the Men & Women restroom to allow installation of a fully accessible shower within the existing restrooms. Work includes removal of two existing water closets from each restroom; cutting concrete floor to modify existing plumbing for new showers; to provide required clearances and maneuverability for approach and use of showers; all per approved plans, to include, red-lined notes there-on and all attached plan plan review clarifications and conditions of all reviewing agencies. drs
