(1111 W JEFFERSON - BASEMENT) Minor interior remodel to enlarge one assembly training/AV room, enlarge another smaller conference room, construct one new small conference room, construct a new storage room, and reduce the size of a PC setup room in the 77,950 sq. ft. basement of an existing 322,795 sq. ft. high-rise building per approved plans. Work to include some minor interior demolition work, some new interior walls, some new interior doors and windows, interior finish, fire sprinkler and alarm work, mechanical work, and electrical work. There is a building Upgrade Agreement on file for this building that is to be completed by March of 2011. This is a Scope of Work Permit. A Letter of Completion is to be issued when done.
