RCE-8247 THE CHRISTENSEN CORPORATION) (IDAHO POWER COMPANY - DATA ROOM - BANNER BANK BUILDING - STE 400) This building is fire sprinklered because it is a high-rise. To create an 875 square foot employee work area (587 square foot 'Data Room' and 288 square foot 'Control Room') on the unfinished 4th story of a high-rise building. Work is to include interior Nordwall demountable nonbearing partitions, doors, windows, millwork, underfloor sheet metal plenum walls, and finishes. This permit is NOT intended to establish a permanent Certificate of Occupancy. Additional work, including the installation and structural support of heavy equipment, will be done under a future permit. The access floor system and the suspended ceilings were installed under permit BLD05-02939. The shell and core, including the core restrooms, were constructed under permit BLD04-02348. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
