RCE 8702 COLLIERS (BSU BOOKSTORE - BODO BLDG #7 - 1ST STORY) This building is fire sprinklered for fire area and to allow the multi-theater complex. To construct vanilla shell improvements within an existing 1,077 square foot space located on the ground floor of BODO Building #7. Work is to include wall furring, wall insulation, gypsum wallboard, and suspended ceilings. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
