(NO CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION PROVIDED. APPLICANT CERTIFIES EXEMPTION PER IDAHO STATUTE 54-5205) (WACHOVIA SECURITIES - US BANK - SUITE 600) This building is fire sprinklered for high-rise. To expand a tenant space located on the 6th story of the US Bank Plaza by about 1,595 square feet. After the expansion, this tenant space will have a total floor area of about 4,263 square feet. The adjacent reduced tenant space will have a floor area of about 5,456 square feet. These spaces are located on the 6th story (14,600 square feet total) of an existing high rise building. The building "core" on this story has a floor area of about 2,670 square feet. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, interior doors, interior windows, millwork, finishes, and alterations to a suspended ceiling. The fire sprinkler system, fire alarm system, and high-rise life safety systems (and the infrastructure supporting these systems) for the 6th story are required to comply with the provisions of the 2000 IBC. These existing systems, including the installation of quick-response fire sprinkler heads, were required to be upgraded in conjunction with permit BLD03-00539. The restrooms were also required to be upgraded to be accessible to the disabled under that permit. If not already existing, fire-safing shall be installed at the perimeter of the 6th story between the floor and the spandrel glass. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes.
