The required accessible plumbing fixtures are located in the existing office building located less than 500 feet from the remote portions of this new building. 3/22/07 Plan modification was approved to relocate the building 6 feet to the north and delete the one-hour south exterior wall protection (the building is now 11 feet from the south property line).
