Work includes remodel within existing simulator room in preparation for installation of new simulator equipment & controls; to repair opening in existing 2-hour rated concrete floor on steel deck to match existing floor assembly with new floor infill doweled to existing floor and adhesively secured to original; install new structural support steel angle; to install a new floor sink; to install new chiller unit in basement to serve new simulator; upgrade electrical, mechanical, plumbing & sprinkler systems to meet tenant needs and comply with current adopted codes and ordinances.
