Missing building address numbers, remove the manual thumbturn at the main entry/exit door and provide signage above the door, post PFE's as discussed , provide one additional fire extinguisher for the stock area, need to test EM lighting, remove the deadbolt at the back office door, provide access and facilitate testing of indicated duct smoke detectors for RTU 1 and 2, provide FD access lane marking per fire code review notes for 29th street, approved plans and notes must be on site at all times per condition of the permit.
