To construct interior tenant improvements within a new 1,145 square foot dwelling unit located on the 2nd story of a new 3 story with basement building. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, ceilings, millwork, and finishes. The 1-hr fire-resistance-rated corridor system and the 1-hr fire-resistance-rated dwelling unit separation walls were constructed under the shell permit (BLD06-00845). The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. Prior to sale of this unit a condominium plat must be recorded. **CJW**
