(SMITH/GREY BLDG - RESIDENTIAL STE 212) The fire sprinkler system substitutes for the 1-hr fire-resistance-rated construction of the building. This permit is intended to allow limited work associated with rough mechanical and rough plumbing within a new 1,843 square foot dwelling unit located on the 2nd story of a new 3 story with basement building. Rough plumbing work and rough mechanical work will be done under separate trade permits. This permit is NOT intended to establish a Certificate of Occupancy. A separate building permit is required to construct interior tenant improvements. The 1-hr fire-resistance-rated corridor system and the 1-hr fire-resistance-rated dwelling unit separation walls were constructed under the shell permit (BLD06-00845). The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. Prior to sale of this unit a condominium plat must be recorded. **CJW**
