To construct interior tenant improvements within a new 1,148 square foot dwelling unit (937 square feet inside and a 211 square foot patio) located on the 3rd story of a new 3 story with basement building. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, ceilings, millwork, and finishes. The 1-hr fire-resistance-rated corridor system and the 1-hr fire-resistance-rated dwelling unit separation walls were constructed under the shell permit (BLD06-00845). The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. Prior to sale of this unit a condominium plat must be recorded. **CJW**
