All four units share a common path of egress into and through a 1-hour exit stair enclosure with 60 minute fire-resistive, listed, labeled, self-closing door assemblies from the dwelling units into the enclosure. One hour fire-partitions are required between dwelling units, vertical & horizontal. The bottom two units are required to comply as Type 'B' accessible dwelling units.
