To construct a new 3,956 sq. ft., two story, wood frame, four unit apartment building. each unit is 943 sq. ft. with two bedrooms and two baths each. All four units share a common path of egress into and through a 1-hour vertical exit enclosure with 60 minute fire-resistive, listed labeled, self-closing, temperature rated door assemblies from the dwelling units into the enclosure. One-hour fire-partitons and horizontal assemblies are required between each dwelling units. The bottom two units of each four-plex are required to comply with Type B accessible dwelling units design.
