To place a new enhanced manufactured dwelling on a foundation with tiedown placed per the Idaho Manufactured Home standards and the placement of a fully self supporting garage adjacent to the dwelling attached only with flashing or other means to seal from weather. Any over build of the manufactured dwelling will be per the letter from "Nashua homes of Idaho" attached to these documents. R-2 zoning setbacks approved by Sue Hansen are to meet the requirements of the Boise City Zoning Ordinance and policy by H. Wayne Gibbs. Setbacks of this unit to maintain 6 ft. from other units measured from wall or other roof support elements, and a minimum of 4 ft. eave line separation. Documents pertaining to tie down requirements must be at jobsite at the time of inspections. Inspections are required prior to placing of concrete.
