To place a new fully engineered 720s.f. inground swimming pool in the hillside area using an existing ESC permit # 06-00233.Separate electrical permit is required and bonding of all metal parts is required to be approved by the electrical division prior to approval for placement of any concrete by the structural division. As the pool is not on the original ESC plan A plan waiver request is granted as the pool was shown on the grading and drainage plan approved by Terry Records allowing for placement without prior subgrade approval by Geo-Tech.
