This project is for the addition of a 1000s.f.upper level to an existing 1250s.f. 1-story single famiy dwelling. The addition and extensive remodel will include the repair of the existing foundation of an original structure and the reconfiguration of the interior wall framing of the area including the area over existing foundations passed through BLD05-02377. the upper level addition will be done by using bonus room type trusses creating 2-new bedrooms, bathroom and a new stairway. Separate electrical, plumbing, mechanical and ESC permits are required. All per the approved plans as marked REScheck and plan review notes. pep
