*(Vanilla Finish)**(Plaza 121 - 5th Floor)** To remodel a 2,362 sq ft area located on the fith floor for a future office tenant per approved plans. Work to include, construction of interior noncombustible partitions to create separate office areas, open office space, small conference room, file and or breakroom, and reception area, installation of suspended ceiling and related lighting, installation of break room sink and counter, miscellaneous related interior finishes. This building is fully fire sprinkled any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system shall be per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. NO OCCUPANCY ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT. A separate permit will be required to obtain a Certificate of Occupancy. RmH (PLAN MODIFICATION - 4-29-08) TO RECONFIGURE THE OFFICE TENANT LAYOUT, EXTEND THE COMMON AREA CORRIDOR AND CONSTRUCT A BOARD ROOM THAT WILL EXIT DIRECTLY INTO THE COMMON AREA EXIT ACCESS CORRIDOR, RELOCATE LIGHTING AND HVAC DUCTING AS NECASARY, THIS WILL REDUCE THE SIZE OF THE TENANT SPACE TO 2136 SQ FT.
