This project is for 420s.f. of addition to an existing 2552s.f. 2-story single family dwelling. The living space additions will be a 180s,f, sunroom and 120s.f. of space between the living room and kitchen on the main level and a 120s.f. sitting room addition adjacent to the master suite on the upper level. Separate electrical, plumbing and mechanical and ESC permits will be required. A letter from the applicant's geotechnical engineer indicating that the footing sub-grade is acceptable must be approved by Public Works prior to scheduling a footing inspection.
