This project is for the addition of 600s.f. of living space and a 560s.f. garage to an existing 1550s.f. 1-story single family dwelling. The addition is to be a separate dwelling unit addressed by CAA06-00273 as an "Accessory Dwelling Unit". Per the 2003 IRC 2-dwelling units connected will be addresses by the code as a "Duplex" and reviewed as same. The main dwelling is 1429 S Euclid and the new will be 1421 S Euclid. R-2D setbacks are approved through CAA06-00273 by Colleen Carroll. Separate electrical, plumbing, mechanical and ESC permits are required.
