To construct tenant demising walls within a portion of an existing SHELL (BLD05-01661) building for first time tenant build-out to create a 946 sq. ft., money lending business / service area for tenant, EZ Money. Work includes construction of interior partitions and millwork to create the teller service area, office area, support area, an accessible unisex restroom, accessible drinking fountain and service sink; provide dual switching for ceiling light fixture's; install suspended ceiling grid system per CISCA 0-2; and provide electrical, mechanical and plumbing required to meet tenant needs, comply with submitted plans, adopted codes and ordinances of Boise City applicable to this project scope of work. Approved reviewed plans include red-lined notes on plans and all attached plan review items of all reviewing agencies. drs
