This tenant has been occupied so I posted a "Do Not Occupy" sticker on the main entrance door and told the manager that they need to leave after he stated that they did not have their certificate of occupancy. The fire sprinkler permit could not be finaled because no plans were on site and nearly all of the ceiling tile had been installed. Also per the mechanical plans duct smoke detectors are to be installed yet there is no fire alarm permit. Fire extinguishers are also missing. Basically no inspections have been performed.
