To build-out a 2,515 sq.ft. portion of the first floor of an new SHELL building space for use as an office for Altius. Work includes construction of interior non-combustible, non-bearing walls to create the tenant space perimeter and to create private offices, open office area, conference room, reception area and office support rooms; install new main access / egress door into existing north / south non-rated corridor; suspended ceiling grid system; alteration for electrical, mechanical, plumbing, sprinkler & alarm systems per plans and current adopted codes and ordinances of Boise City. Occupancy sensor / bi-level switching for lighting fixture's per plans & 2003 IECC. Common use restrooms, drinking fountains and service sink were provided under the SHELL permit, BLD06-00688. drs
