Stinker Station Fuel Canopy - To construct a new 1032 square foot (24'x43'), one story, metal canopy addition to the front of an existing ratail store. The canopy is used to shelter two self-service fuel islands. The canopy is located at the front of the retail store, seven feet from the store roof overhang. The canopy is constructed of noncombustible materials and complies with the requirements of IBC, Section 406.5.2; however, the canopy is being classified as VB Construction because it is considered an addition to the existing retail store because of proximity to the store.
