(White Pine Development - Partial Tenant Core Finish) To finish an access hallway and four storage areas. The hallway will serve two future office tenant spaces. The finish area is approximately 510 square feet. There is no occupancy allowed under this permit. Separate tenant improvement permits will be required to finish this floor for occupancy. This work is being done on the 2,875 square foot, first floor of a new two story shell and core building constructed under BLD06-01669. The finished core areas include two restrooms and two janitor closets. All construction per the approved plans. JCM
