Setbacks to meet the requirements of the Boise City Zoning Ordinance and policy by H. Wayne Gibbs. Setbacks of this unit to maintain 6 ft. from other units measured from wall or other roof support elements, and a minimum of 4 ft. eave line separation. Documents pertaining to tie down requirements must be at jobsite at the time of inspections. Inspections are required prior to placing of concrete.
