Micron Building #24D (C10626) - Build New Vestibule in Room 161B - To construct approximately 17 lineal feet of clean room wall with a 6070 power sliding breakaway egress door to create a new approximate 65 square foot vestibule 161C between Param Lab 161B and the Egress Corridor 100BH. This work is being done on the first floor of Building #24D between grid lines 29&30 at grid line C2. . All construction per the approved plans. JCM
