To repair fire damamge to an existing four-plex apartment building. Work to include removal and replacing of selected fire damaged trusses, replace roofong materials, windows and doors as required, replace selective drywall for ceilings and walls. All new construction shall be per the 2003 Edition of the IBC, the replacement of drywall at the dwelling unit separation walls shall be of 5/8" type X drywall on each side and be constructed continuous to the roof deck. The installation of smoke alarms in each unit is required and be installed per IFC 907.3.2. All construction shall be per the approved plans and attached insurance scope of work. MJP
