This project is for the addition of 600s.f. to an existing detached accessory structure of 384s.f. There will be a new electrical hookup and gas wall furnace added. As the existing structure is within 3'-0" of the property line the roof overhang must be removed and 5/8 type X gyp sheathing must be installed on the outside of the structure with the maximum over hang of 2 2X 's i.e. 1-2X8 and 1- 2X4 . "The permit holder is responsible to comply with current wall bracing requirements as adopted by Boise City." There is also to be 5/8 type x on the inside of the building to the roof deck cut between trusses or the entire interior covered with same. There is also to be a 200s.f. wooden deck to be attached to the rear of the dwelling on the property with the roof structure to be determined at a later date with this permit being modified to reflect same.
