This work includes removing and reconfiguring the concrete curb and island at the north side of the southwest vehicle door, which includes relocating the bollards and parking arm. This finish upgrade includes finishing the south and east interior garage walls with gypsum board, tile and stone, to wrap the interior columns with gypsum board, tile and stone and installing gypsum board and suspended ceiling systems.
