(VANILLA FINISH - FAIRVIEW OFFICE PARK BLDG #2 - STE 145) To do a vanilla finish on a new 545 sq. ft. office tenant at the southwest corner of a vacant shell building that was done under BLD04-01640 per approved plans. Work to include completing the concrete slab on the interior of the space, new interior walls and doors, interior finish, a new suspended ceiling, counter with sink, a new accessible restroom, new mechanical including a new HVAC rooftop unit and associated ducting, new plumbing, and new electrical work. This is a vanilla finish only and no occupancy is allowed under this permit. After a tenant has been selected a separate MIS permit will be require to establish a Certificate of Occupancy.
