This project is for the repair of water damage to an existing single family dwelling that will consist of the removal of all interior plaster wall coverings and repair of wall structure as needed i.e. new window and door headers. As the existing windows are to remain and the dwelling is heated geothermally the energy requirements will be revised to include a minimum of R-42 in the attic area and using high density insulation in the walls with a thorough energy seal package. Separate electrical, plumbing and mechanical permits are required. R-2H ok per Sue Hansen with all interior work allowed. All per the approved plans as marked REScheck and plan review notes. pep
