To remodel approximately 1,900 sq. ft. of existing patient support areas of the existing 19,380 sq. ft. 9th floor, to create a staff lounge / locker room, shower / restroom; create four additional patient rooms; consult, nourishment, exam and work rooms; one fully accessible unisex common restroom and an accessible tub / shower room; to remodel for an enlarged soiled room, a storage room and new nurse station. Install suspended ceiling grid system & hard gypsum lid in remodeled areas per plans; upgrade electrical, mechanical, plumbing, sprinkler & alarm systems; and provide new finishes and millwork.
