This project is for the repair of fire damage to an existing 2-story single family dwelling. the repair will include the replacement and repair of select framing members and trusses. There will also be a remodel of the upper level consisitng of the conversion of a closit and some attic area to two bathrooms. Separate electrical, plumbing and mechanical permits are required.
