Boise City Housing & Community Development * The work encompassed in this permit is as described below and is used to replace an existing upgrade agreement requiring fire sprinklers throughout this building as noted in BLD 03-02560. This permit requires the installation of one-hour fire barriers and one-hour horizontal assemblies, to separate the existing lobby and the police substation area from the remainder of this building. To repair and replace as required for the type of construction: one-hour fire-resistive assemblies for bearing walls, for exterior walls, for floor/ceilings and for roof/ceilings in this area. To install a new exterior stair as shown on sheets A3.2 and A3.3, to replace the interior stair that was previously removed in the earlier remodel. To repair the existing, exterior stairs on the north side of this building. All construction shall be per the approved plans and attached comment list. MJP
