(TALBOTS - FIXED AND ROLLING SHELVING UNITS) This building is fire sprinklered for unlimited area of the mall. To install fixed and rolling shelving units within the backstock area (about 534 square feet) of a new retail sales tenant space. The building was constructed under permit BLD07-00018. The tenant improvement work was done under permit BLD07-01053. Shelving units will be about 10.25 feet tall, maximum. The top of combustible storage shall not exceed 12 feet above the floor. Work is to include shelving units, floor tracks for rolling shelving units, anti-tip brackets to resist seismic loads, and anchors. Commodity loading shall not exceed 20 pounds per shelf. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
