Companions Animal Hospital (Addition and Remodel) - To construct a 1,580 square foot, one story, wood framed addition on to an existing 1,900 square foot, one story animal hospital. There will be a 375 square foot, storage addition on the south end of the building and a 1,205 square foot, one story office, break room, restroom, waiting area and vestibule addition at the north end that wraps around the east and west sides of the existing building. This permit also includes some demo and remodel of several areas of the existing building. The original building was constructed under BLD94-00248.
