(BOISE - 1111 W JEFFERSON - 4TH FLR) Remodel work to reduce the size of the existing cafeteria assembly dining room down to 2,921 sq. ft. and create some new future office areas on the 4th floor in an existing high-rise building per approved plans. Work will enable access to the structure for asbestos abatement occurring throughout the building. Work to include some miscellaneous interior demolition work, some new interior walls and doors, mechanical work, and electrical work. NOTE: This building will be fully fire sprinklered by March of 2011 per an Upgrade Agreement on file. JCB
