The main level will also be remodeled relocating the kitchen area to create a new master suite converting a full to a 1/2 bathroom; closing off the existing stair to the basement relocating them under the existing upper level stair system with new supporting walls for the upper level addition of a dormer area to be used as a new bathroom and adding a new non bearing partition to create a 117s.f. office off of the living room.
