Magic Valley Truck Brokers (Tenant Improvement) - To finish a 3,810 square foot office and storage tenant space on the south side of a new shell building. This space will contain two private offices, a broker room, a conference room, breakroom, small storage room, mechanical room, two restrooms and a 780 square foot storage area at the rear east end of the tenant space. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list. The shell is constructed under BLD07-01138.
